Executive Coaching
As an executive coach, Coach Ruben works with CEO’s and other executives on a one-to-one basis. This type of coaching is perfect for new executives, those who are committed to creating breakthroughs, or those who may have lost their spark. Coach Ruben’s primary role is to empower the executive to create radical breakthrough results in leadership, communication, sales, customer service, productivity and profitability. Coach Ruben works fundamentally at empowering the executive to make the necessary shifts in mindset and corresponding behaviors, and he holds the executive accountable for these shifts. At this level of coaching, professional as well as personal aspects are considered in order to empower the executive to have the necessary life-balance that is required to achieve the highest level of success. Clear cut goals and objectives are established along with measurements and accountabilities. Any training that is needed is either provided directly by Coach Ruben or outsourced by a reputable provider.
